In a major step to empower Pakistan’s young innovators, Minister for Information Technology Shaza Fatima Khawaja announced the launch of the Pakistan Startup Fund, aimed at helping youth turn their groundbreaking ideas into real-world solutions.

Speaking at a ceremony in Islamabad on Friday, the minister said the government is committed to creating an enabling environment for innovation, research, and entrepreneurship.

She explained that the Pakistan Startup Fund has been set up to support and commercialize ideas that can address pressing global challenges, giving young Pakistanis a chance to make their mark on the world stage.

Khawaja also revealed that the government is working to strengthen cloud computing infrastructure, ensuring that startups and tech-based projects have the digital backbone they need to grow.

With initiatives like this, the government hopes to ignite a new era of youth-led innovation and economic growth across the country.
