Hold onto your seats, Euphoria fans! HBO’s high school drama sensation is back, and Season 3 is pulling out all the stops. The show just revealed 18 new cast members, including Trisha Paytas, Natasha Lyonne, Danielle Deadwyler, and Eli Roth. The new season, created by Sam Levinson, is set to hit screens in spring 2026 with eight brand-new episodes.
Other fresh faces joining the roster include Bella Podaras, Bill Bodner, Cailyn Rice, Colleen Camp, Gideon Adlon, Hemky Madera, Homer Gere, Jack Topalian, Jessica Blair Herman, Kwame Patterson, Madison Thompson, Matthew Willig, Rebecca Pidgeon, and Sam Trammell.
Fans can also expect the return of familiar characters: Alanna Ubach (Suze), Daeg Faerch (Mitch), Melvin Bonez Estes (Bruce), Paula Marshall (Marsha), Sophia Rose Wilson (BB), and Zak Steiner (Aaron). As previously reported, Dominic Fike is back as the guitar-strumming, drug-using Elliot, and Nika King, who plays Rue’s mom Leslie, will also make a comeback after being temporarily left off the Season 3 cast list earlier this year.
Of course, the main squad isn’t going anywhere. Stars like Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Eric Dane, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, Maude Apatow, Martha Kelly, Chloe Cherry, and Colman Domingo are all returning. Season 3 newcomers who were already announced include Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Toby Wallace, Sharon Stone, Rosalía, Marshawn Lynch, Darrell Britt-Gibson, Kadeem Hardison, Priscilla Delgado, James Landry Hébert, Anna Van Patten, and Asante Blackk.
Behind the scenes, the team is leveling up too. Four-time Oscar winner Colleen Atwood is joining as a co-producer and costume designer, Natasha Newman-Thomas is on board as a costume designer, and Francois Audouy will handle production design. Music fans, rejoice: Hans Zimmer will score some episodes, while Labrinth—the musical mastermind of the first two seasons—returns.
Notably, Austin Abrams, Algee Smith, and Storm Reid will not appear this season, and Barbie Ferreira (Kat) left the show in August 2022. Tragically, Angus Cloud (Fezco) passed away in July 2023 at just 25 years old.
For anyone who’s new to the drama, Euphoria follows Rue (Zendaya), a teenager battling addiction, as she navigates the messy world of high school, family chaos, and rehab life. Season 2, which aired in 2022, became HBO’s most-watched non-fantasy series, earning 25 Emmy nominations and 9 wins. Season 3 is currently filming in Los Angeles, after a few production delays.
Stay tuned—this season promises the same jaw-dropping drama, jaw-dropping visuals, and the chaos we all love.
